Common Queries
Do RASA stamps ever expire?
Your digital stamps never expire. As long as Rasa Ko Fee is brewing, your progress towards your next free nectar is safe.
Which drinks count towards a stamp?
Any specialty coffee or tea prepared by our baristas counts as one stamp. Bottled drinks and retail beans currently do not qualify.
Can I use my rewards at all locations?
Yes, our RASA Rewards programme is unified. You can collect and spend stamps at any of our family-run locations in Buxton and Sheffield.
What happens if I change my phone?
Since the reward card lives in your digital wallet, it syncs with your cloud account. Simply sign in on your new device to see your stamps.
Can I share my stamps with a friend?
Stamps are earned individually to keep track of your visits, but you can certainly use your free drink reward to buy a cup for a guest!
